If you want company, chances are someone will always be available. Four will fit easily into one car, and you can play a round of golf, doubles tennis, or a wide variety of card games. You can debate the pros and cons of any subject, study together, cram for quizzes, polish off a large bag of chips or a whole pot of coffee in no time, and probably create a kitchen mess in record time. Sharing space with three others might be a recipe for disaster in any average apartment. 

However, in a four-bedroom, four-bath floor plan at Square on Fifth in Midtown Atlanta, it’s the perfect answer to fun and a tremendous off-campus living experience. Our luxury high-rise apartment complex for students is situated just across the street from the Georgia Tech campus. Each apartment — from the smallest one-bedroom to the most prominent “house-sized” four-bedroom, boasts a private bath for each sleeping space, a great outdoor balcony and a fully-furnished floor plan designed with comfort, style, and durability in mind, and a full roster of amenities that are meant to be enjoyed.

Our apartments are unique — we offer digital entry door locks, building security, a full-size washer and dryer for each unit, ceiling fans, and window coverings, and hardwood flooring in public spaces, with carpet in each bedroom. All our units are fully furnished, including patio chairs, with stainless steel appliances, plenty of kitchen cabinets, and quartz countertops.

If you want to retreat to your own private space to recharge and refresh (or to nap and recover), all you have to do is excuse yourself and close your bedroom door. Each private bedroom has an individual lock and a private bath, and a modern bathroom with a tub-shower combo and a contemporary vanity cabinet. Each is furnished with a full-size bed, a study desk, and a comfortable desk chair. Bring your clothes, your personal belongings, a few favorite books, and family photos, and settle in!

This particular four-bedroom plan features a spacious living/dining room bookended by two-bedroom suites on either side. The kitchen is conveniently located along one wall, with a dining room table and four chairs nestled against another wall. The living room features a large leather sofa and lounge chair for relaxing with your roommates or friends, and there’s a wall-mounted flat-screen TV to satisfy your need for instant entertainment. 

A large balcony will beckon you outdoors during good weather — or you can take advantage of cool evenings and moonlight to chill and relax when necessary.
